Scalloped Potatoes 'N Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    8 hot dogs, halved and sliced
Preparation
    Place ham on a broiler pan and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
