Parsnip Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 diced parsnips
salt and pepper
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
cracker crumbs or potato chips
Preparation

Cook parsnips until almost done in water to almost cover parsnips.
Remove parsnips with a slotted spoon and put in greased casserole.
To the parsnip water, add salt and pepper and cut chunks of cheese in simmering water.
Stir until melted; pour over parsnips.
Crumble cracker crumbs or potato chips on top.
Put in 375\u00b0 oven until top is nicely browned.
