Macadamia Nut Crunchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium bananas)
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. no-sugar-added pineapple fruit spread
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. unsweetened flaked coconut
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    macadamia nuts, chopped coarsely (about 3/4 c.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine eggs, banana, butter, fruit spread and vanilla in a medium bowl.
    Add flour, coconut, baking powder and salt; mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Drop a tablespoon of dough 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool on wire racks. Store in tightly covered container.
