Wild Rice With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild or long grain and wild rice, combined
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1 c. fresh, sliced mushrooms
    freshly ground pepper to suit your taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. light margarine
Preparation
    Steam or cook rice according to package directions.
    Saute green onions and mushrooms in oil.
    Combine the cooked rice.
    Stir in margarine and pepper.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4 to 6.
