Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
10 oz. sharp cheese, shredded

Preparation

Combine all ingredients with hands.
Shape into small balls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 100 balls.
