Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, unbeaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place over boiling water and beat with rotary beater until mixture holds its shape.
    Fold in vanilla.
    Beat until cool and spread.
