Colonel Cotton Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. flaked coconut (7 oz.)
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
Add crushed vanilla wafers alternately with milk. Add nuts and coconut.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
