Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped (3/4 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/2 pkg. instant mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion in heavy skillet until meat is browned.
    Add seasoning and tomato soup; simmer 5 minutes.
    Combine with vegetables cooked as directed on package.
    Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Top with mounds of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
