Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sauerkraut, chopped, squeeze and drain all liquid and rinse
3/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1 small jar chopped pimientos
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Bring vinegar and sugar to boiling until sugar dissolves and pour over vegetables.
Keep in covered container and chill for 24 hours.
May be kept in refrigerator up to 10 days.
