Seafood Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. processed yellow cheese
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1/2 lb. white canned crab meat (lump)
    3/4 lb. frozen salad shrimp, thawed (optional)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Melt cheese and butter together over medium heat.
    Stir until melted.
    Add pimentos, crab meat and shrimp (if desired).
    Mix together well.
    Add dry sherry.
    More may be added as needed to thin mixture.
    Serve warm with corn chips and/or crackers.
