Chicken Satay - cooking recipe

2 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
3 slices ginger, crushed
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. light cream
3 gloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. coriander powder
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. coconut milk
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch strips and knead with the next 7 ingredients, adding one at a time.
Marinate for at least 2 hours.
