Ingredients

2 egg yolks, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sour milk *
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Preparation

Make batter by stirring ingredients in order given.
Fold in egg whites last. If batter is too stiff, add more sour milk.
Bake on hot griddle or pan.
