Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 cooked, peeled and diced potatoes
1 lb. American cheese
1 c. real mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. chopped, fried bacon
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives or stuffed olives
Preparation

Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top with bacon and olives.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered, and 30 minutes, uncovered.
