Hoppin' John - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, heated
    1 c. chopped ham
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. rice
Preparation
    Bake ham at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes per pound.
