Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    2 large cans pineapple, do not drain, add juice also
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole or baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0, uncovered.
