Seven Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. quick rice
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/2 c. olive liquid
Preparation
    Saute meat, onion and pepper in oil using 10-inch frypan with lid.
    When meat has browned, arrange following on top in layers in order given:
    rice, corn, tomatoes, salt, cheese, olives and olive juice.
    Cover pan tightly.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat to simmer and cook 15 minutes.
    Serve from frypan.
