Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. milk
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
    1 can cream of celery soup
    margarine
Preparation
    Blend soup, milk, salt and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, soup mixture and cheese in buttered casserole. Dot top with margarine and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
