Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw zucchini (unpeeled)
    3 c. unsifted flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Gradually beat in oil and sugar.
    Add grated zucchini and cinnamon, salt, baking powder and soda.
    Mix well.
    Blend in flour.
    Mix well after each addition.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into greased cake pan (or large Bundt pan) or 3 loaves.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cool completely.
    Dust with confectioners sugar.
    Good with cream cheese.
