Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks well; add milk and then sifted dry ingredients and the melted butter.
    Add the well drained corn and drop by spoonfuls into deep 375\u00b0 fat and fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels and serve hot with maple syrup.
