Albondigas(Mexican Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. hamburger meat or ground chuck
    1 onion, sliced
    dash of garlic
    salt to taste
    sprinkle of oregano
    2 to 3 Tbsp. rice
    1 can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix hamburger meat with rice and roll into small balls. Saute onion in
    margarine.
    Add
    tomatoes,
    garlic,
    salt
    and oregano. Add 1 can
    of
    water
    and bring to a boil.\tDrop your hamburger and rice
    balls
    into the boiling ingredients. Cover and simmer until meatballs look done.
