Holiday Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries (do not drain)
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
    Stir carefully. Turn batter into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Turn out onto cooling racks. This makes 2 large loaves or 3 small loaves.
