Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. soft butter
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour Bundt pan.
    Beat sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, while scraping bowl.
    Beat on high for 5 minutes, still scraping the bowl.
    Beat in flour, baking powder and salt slowly with milk on low speed.
    Pour into pan and bake until toothpick comes out clean, 70 to 80 minutes.
    Cool for 20 minutes.
