Vegetable Sandwich Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    3/4 c. carrots, finely chopped
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1/4 c. grated cucumber, peel, remove large seeds and squeeze out water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Add mayonnaise for consistency desired.
    Mix and store in refrigerator.
    Makes approximately 4 dozen small sandwiches or 1 pint.
