Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 packets yeast
1/2 c. warm water
5 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 c. Crisco
2 c. lukewarm buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water.
Mix flour, soda and sugar.
Cut in Crisco.
Heat buttermilk (measure buttermilk after it's been heated).
Add the yeast and buttermilk, then mix all ingredients.
Makes about 30 large rolls.
Store in containers in refrigerator.
Melt butter and pour on top of rolls before baking. Bake at 350\u00b0 until you feel they are done.
