Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. oleo, softened
Preparation

Cream 1/2 cup oleo, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla and egg.
Add 1/2 cup orange juice, reserving remainder for frosting.
Stir until well blended.
Sift flour, soda, baking powder and salt together.
Add to orange juice mixture, stirring until smooth.
Add nuts and coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 9 to 11 minutes.
Remove to cooling rack.
Blend powdered sugar with oleo and reserved orange juice.
Frost hot cookies.
