Grandma'S Overnight Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. warm water
    1 1/4 tsp. dry yeast
    1/3 c. shortening, melted
    9 or 10 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    About 6:00 P.M., make bread dough.
    Combine water, yeast, shortening, eggs, sugar and salt.
    Gradually stir in flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cover and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours.
    Punch down.
    Let rise 1 hour. Punch down and let rise again.
