Napoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 lb. sausage (Italian or regular)*
    1 c. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cooked noodles
    1/2 c. chopped fresh tomato
Preparation
    Make white sauce (first 4 ingredients) and add 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Cut sausage into small pieces.
    Brown in skillet and drain grease.
    Add zucchini and onions; cook until clear.
    Stir in sauce, noodles and tomatoes.
    Pour into casserole dish (2-quart); top with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
