Rice O'Brien - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large bell pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    In 2-quart baking dish, combine rice, chopped onion, salt, poultry seasoning, soy sauce, chopped pepper and chicken broth. Cover; bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender and bubbly.
