Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Blend first three ingredients together well.
Add remaining ingredients to mixture and blend well.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour or until done in a greased and floured pan.
