Ingredients

3/4 c. cornmeal
1 1/4 c. pancake mix
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 egg
1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix cornmeal,
pancake mix, sugar and cocoa.
Beat egg. Add egg
and
milk
to dry ingredients.
Mix.
Cook in 12-inch Dutch oven with
lid
off, until edges are dry.
Turn and cook for 2 minutes on other side.
