Caramel Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Combine brown sugar and butter in pan over low heat (after butter is melted, add sugar).
Take pan off of heat and add flour, salt, vanilla, eggs and baking powder.
Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured baking pan (9 x 13-inch).
Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
