Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated carrots
    3 1/2 oz. coconut (1 can)
    1 c. walnuts, chopped (not too fine)
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla well.
    Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add dry mixture to egg mixture, alternating with buttermilk.
    Then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Use large pan (9 x 14 x 1 1/2-inches).
