Layered Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops, just brown on both sides
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1 small head cabbage (optional)
Preparation
    In
    a
    large
    casserole
    dish,
    pour 1/3 can of soup, 4 chops and 1/2 of the following:
    onions, carrots and potatoes. Season with
    salt
    and
    pepper.
    Layer
    again, beginning with soup.
    Add the last of the soup and cabbage quarters.
    Cover. Bake at 325\u00b0. Cook 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
