Easy Pecan Caramels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped coarse (6 oz.)
1 c. packed light brown sugar
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (3 oz.)
Preparation

Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle pecans evenly over bottom.
Mix brown sugar and corn syrup in a 2-quart glass measure.
