Party Biscuits * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add dissolved yeast and butter.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Turn out on floured board and knead until smooth.
    Roll out about 1/4 inch thick, cut with 1 1/2-inch cutter (or smaller).
    Let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Split and stuff with fried ham or sausage. Makes 35 biscuits.
