Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
2 c. kidney beans (canned)
1 c. diced celery
1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Brown meat well and then rinse in colander under hot water to rinse away excess fat.
Put hamburger in large pot and add remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil.
Turn fire to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
Serves 4 to 6.
