Spinach Balls(Makes 70 Balls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chopped frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
    6 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 Tbsp. thyme
    2 large onions, chopped fine
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix well, form into small balls 1 to 2 inches in diameter. Place on cookie sheet; freeze.
    Place in plastic bags in freezer until needed.
    Bake frozen in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
