Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. herbed stuffing mix (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients thoroughly and roll into small balls, about 1 teaspoonful. Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
