Tamale-Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 regular cans hominy
    1 to 2 c. shredded yellow cheese
    1 medium green pepper
    2 regular cans tamales in chili sauce
Preparation
    Cut onion and green pepper into chunks.
    Saute until limp. Drain hominy.
    Peel the tamale and cut into 6 to 8 chunks.
    Gently combine all 4 ingredients.
    Put into a baking dish.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese over. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
