Mashed Potato And Creamed Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 can French-fried onion rings
Preparation
    Put potatoes in large bowl.
    Add cream cheese, onion, eggs and flour.
    Beat at medium speed until well blended.
    Increase speed to high and beat well until light and fluffy.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Spoon into greased 9-inch square baking dish.
    Cover with onion rings.
    Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 300\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    If dish is prepared ahead, do not add onion rings until ready to bake.
