Who Dat? - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Cajun sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cans dark red kidney beans
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef chuck
    2 cans tomato paste
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    2 (14 oz.) tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown the Cajun sausage and ground beef with pepper and onions. Drain all grease off. In large Dutch oven, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, sliced sausages, salt and pepper. Cook 2 hours. Serve with rice.
