Three C. Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded carrots
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. snipped cherries
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine
eggs,\toil
and
milk.
In
a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add egg mixture.
Mix only enough to thoroughly combine. Stir in carrots, coconut, cherries, raisins and pecans.
Pour into 2 greased
and
floured
loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1
hour.
Test with toothpick.
If loaf gets too brown, loosely cover with foil as it bakes.
