Chocolate Truffle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (1 oz. each)
    2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. baking chocolate cocoa
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In microwave or double boiler, melt unsweetened chocolate, 1 cup of chocolate chips and butter; cool 10 minutes.
    In other bowl, beat sugar and eggs for 2 minutes.
    Beat in vanilla and chocolate mixture.
    Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt and beat into mixture.
    Stir in remaining chocolate chips.
    Cover and chill 3 hours.
    Remove 1 cup dough and with lightly floured hands roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly puffed.
    Cool 3 to 4 minutes and transfer to wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
