Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 carrots, cleaned
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 to 4 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 small onion
    pinch or 2 sugar
    1 cap white vinegar
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    With a grater, grate cabbage, carrots and onion into a large bowl.
    In a small bowl, mix mustard, mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.
    When it is well mixed, coat the grated vegetables until well mixed.
    Chill and serve.
