Sausage Gravy(To Be Served Over Biscuits; Also Known As Sawmill Gravy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground sausage
4 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute the sausage.
Sprinkle the flour over the sausage; stir. Gradually add the milk (more can be added if necessary).
Add the salt and pepper; cook until thickened.
Serve over hot biscuits.
