Grilled Beef Steaks-Bulgaria(Govezhdy Purzholy Na Skara) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pounds of beef steaks (4 big pieces)
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Grease both sides of steak with butter. Roast on grill for 5-6 minutes, or until browned. Lightly butter and salt both sides. Roast other side until brown.
Place on dish and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Serves 4-6.
