Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 potatoes
    2 stalks celery
    2 carrots
    1 qt. milk
    onion flakes to taste
    1/2 to 3/4 pkg. egg noodles
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes, celery and carrots.
    Cover with water; boil until tender.
    Add milk and onion flakes.
    Stir in noodles.
    Stir constantly until noodles are tender.
    Add butter (margarine) on top of heating soup.
    Total cooking time from start to finish:
    40 minutes.
