Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    just enough milk to moisten
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, add flour and salt.
    Make a well in the flour.
    Add your eggs in the center of the well and beat with a fork.
    Pour milk into the mixture, stirring as you pour.
    You need just enough milk to make mixture sticky.
    Form into a ball. Tear the ball in half.
    Flour the surface you are going to roll the mixture out on.
    Roll out adding flour to keep the dough from sticking to the rolling pin.
    When about 1/8-inch thick, cut with noodle cutter or use a knife.
    Once the noodles are cut, put flour in your hands and toss with noodles.
    Place on a cookie sheet to dry while you roll out the remaining dough.
