White Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small chopped onion
    1 large can Great Northern beans
    1/2 can green chili peppers
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. Monterey Jack, grated
    1 Tbsp. butter
    15 oz. can chunk-style turkey
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown.
    Stir in undrained beans, undrained turkey beef, chili peppers, instant bouillon granules and chili powder and bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Ladle soup mixture into bowls.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Garnish with parsley sprigs, if desired.
    Makes 3 servings.
