Fruit And Yogurt Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can peach halves
    1/2 small banana
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. ice cubes
Preparation
    In a blender, combine undrained peaches, banana, yogurt and vanilla.
    Cover and blend until smooth.
    Add ice cubes and blend until frothy.
    Makes 1 1/4 cups (2 servings).
    One serving = 1 fruit exchange and 1/2 milk exchange.
